  I would not let anyone I know live here. Leasing lady is rude. It is over priced for what you get. One maintance man for at least 50 buildings. Utilities are rediculous! Having the temp set to 65 during the winter months and the bill being 200! Pros: Close to campus, No bugs Cons: Everything else! Parking is a nightmare. Just a place that doesn't have it all together. Wall cracking and painted over! To many things to list!

  ___NO__ -No washers and Dryers even if you pay $875 per month. -We had to keep $1600 lease amount, which is a really big sum. - Only one trash can location for all 50+ apartments and that is kept only at a place. We had to carry 4/5 trash bags every weeks for a quite long distance. It would have been better if they would have managed to keep one trash can at the end of every sub-ends. Good aspect: -Its like a house, a wonderful place for hangouts.
