  As a single mother you want to make sure that you and child are always safe and if a problem within your house arises that it will be taken care of correctly the first time. I can say without a doubt that this is the best property management company that I have had to work with and Mike Bumm is so kind and understanding! I lived in my unit for a year and half. During this time, I lost close family and only had minor repairs that needed to be done. Mike was always responsive and I never had to wait long periods of time for things to be fixed. They came out to treat my air condition for the summer and the winter months without me having to ask. I do not remember the repairs guys name, but he was so respectful and let me know when he was going to arrive and when he left! It's nice dealing with people who have family because they understand the necessary security levels. If I was not looking to have my daughter in a certain school district for August 2018, I would not have left the unit. Thank you Mike and your entire team for remaining helpful, understanding during my brother's passing, respectful and above all professional during the entire length of my lease! -Shayla and Lilli :)
